Lemon Bar Cupcakes

I love lemon desserts. They’re easily one of my favorites in anything – cakes, cookies, bars, you name it. And lemon totally reminds me of springtime, but without the allergies, sinus infections, pollen everywhere, and random days of hot weather that spring usually brings.

All that I can do without.

And one of the first things I baked when I first started baking was lemon bars. Well… my version of lemon bars. It was simply lemon cake mix, baked into a bar recipe, and studded with white chocolate chips. They were so simple but so delicious, and to this day they’re still one of my family’s favorite recipes.

These Lemon Bar Cupcakes get their name because they have lemon bar filling inside the cupcake and in the luscious frosting. They’re sweet, tart, and bursting with lemon flavor from that irresistible lemon bar filling, and they have just the right hint of crunch and sparkle from the yellow sugar sprinkled on top.

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix, plus ingredients on back of box
• 1 small box lemon pudding mix (just the dry mix - I used sugar free, but you can use any kind)
• 1 can Duncan Hines Lemon Pie Filling
• ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• About 3-4 cups powdered sugar
• Yellow sanding sugar, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350* degrees F. Line 2 muffin tins with about 18 paper liners. Set aside. Meanwhile, prepare the cake mix according to package directions on back of box. Stir in the lemon dry pudding mix to incorporate.
2. Fill each muffin tin about ¾ of the way full with the batter. Bake for approx. 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with moist crumbs. Cool the cupcakes completely.

Aside of working environment, buildings with asbestos will slowly cause cavity that might end up with cancer. • Short breaths
• Pain in the chest
• Coughing

When these symptoms are ignored, the disease will progress and might cause:

• Loss appetite
• Night sweats
• Weight loss

There is also a possibility of voice change. Diaphragm might lose its functions and a lot other symptoms in specific areas and might involve adjacent structures. • Therapy of radiation using the high dose X-rays or the other high energy rays to get cancer cells killed.
• Chemotherapy that will use drugs to fight the cells of cancer.

In treating mesothelioma, there will be several types of surgery that might be conducted. What type of surgery that will need to be conducted? It is something that will be decided through the diagnosis. When someone comes to a doctor and diagnosed for mesothelioma, he or she will be examined further. The examination will become a reference in choosing the best treatments. If a surgery is needed, what type of surgery will be best? Is it necessary to conduct two or even three treatments at once? There are a lot questions to be asked to get the best treatment. Asking these questions is more important rather than asking about what is mesothelioma.

Mesothelioma Life Expectancy

After asking the question what is mesothelioma and know about this condition, many people will ask about the life expectancy of the patients. Mesothelioma is a malignant cancer. Approximately, it will cause death to the patients as fast as four months or as long as one year. This is not a very pleasant thing to be heard. But this fact is something that cannot be denied. The only thing that may bring relief is the fact that this type of cancer is rarely found. Considering the malignancy and the danger that will be brought, trying to avoid the disease from happening is natural. It will be better to stay away from asbestos and the other things that might trigger mesothelioma. In order to get better maintenance in health, the regular health checkup is needed. Treating mesothelioma as soon as possible is highly recommended. That is the reason why everyone needs to visit a doctor when they feel initial symptoms. Taking action is better rather than just asking about what is mesothelioma.
